The deal
Spripps is a place-first, atmosphere-first discovery app. You share moments from real venues; they live for 24 hours. By using Spripps you agree to these terms.
Your content
- You own what you publish. You give us the limited licence needed to show it inside Spripps for its 24-hour life.
- Publish only from where you actually are — moments are a statement of presence.
- No inappropriate content, no spam or misleading posts, no harassment or hate. The report categories in the app are the rulebook.
Moderation
- Anyone can report content. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
- We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.
- If you believe an action against your account is a mistake, contact hello@spripps.app.
Ephemerality
Moments disappear after 24 hours by design. Don't rely on Spripps as storage for your media.
The boring but necessary part
Spripps is provided as-is, without warranties. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. We may discontinue features or the service. Nothing here limits rights you hold under mandatory law.
